|
| An
Outsourcing Checklist |
|
| For
most Medical Offices,
the decision to outsource
their transcription work
is a simple question of
upside. The bottom-line
benefits of successful
outsourcing promise to
be substantial and, for
an ever-growing cadre
of executives, well worth
the risks that accompany
ceding control over certain
nonstrategic--and, in
an increasing number of
cases, strategic--assets. |

“Your
service
is
easy,
efficient,
fast,
and
has
saved
my
office
thousands
of
dollars
a
year
by
eliminating
in-house
transcription
department
and
the
cost
associated
with
additional
employees,
including
employee
taxes.
By
eliminating
a
typist,
the
office/computer
space
can
now
be
used
for
more
productive
purposes
like
billing
and
accounts
receivable.
I
have
recommended
your
service
to
many
of
my
friends
and
colleagues
and
will
continue
to
do
so.
We
tried
voice
recognition
software,
but
this
took
an
extremely
long
time
to
train
and
still,
was
not
efficient.
We
would
have
to
dictate
extremely
slowly
for
to
the
software
to
properly
recognize
the
words,
and
we
would
still
have
to
manipulate
the
text
verse
just
telling
your
typist
what
we
wanted.
We
also
considered
software
that
selects
templates
and
phrases
but
these
all
looked
to
be
amateurish,
and
could
in
no
way
compete
with
the
dictated
word,
a
'no
brainier'.
Faster,
cheaper,
and
efficient.
What
else
could
any
office
want?
Thanks
for
the
continued
great
service.”
